Joshua Wessling 

Josh has been involved in the local music scene since 2010, having played in numerous Brisbane-based bands over the years. He achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Contemporary Music in 2015 and is proficient in guitar, bass and vocals. Josh has handled the booking and organisation of many live gigs throughout the years, starting as a promoter for local pop punk bands in 2011, organising shows and tours for his own projects and even running his own fortnightly open mic comedy gig in 2018. Josh has had experience performing in many different genre’s over the years including pop, rock, melodic hardcore and nu metal. He currently plays bass in the alternative rock group Joy In Motion (Winners of the Brisbane leg of the Good Things 2019 local band competition) and sings in the alternative metal tribute act Resurrection. Josh’s main interests in the music industry are booking/organising shows and networking. He hopes to help young/up and coming artists achieve their goals and gain experience in a live setting, allowing them to experience the same passion for performing live that he does.
