Andrew MacKenzie 

Andy had an affinity with music from an early age.  In this younger years, he studied Trombone and played in numerous funk & swing ensembles.  After discovering rock & heavy metal, he took up bass guitar and never looked back.  Andy’s love for heavier music took him down the path of extreme metal and he has toured nationally, sharing stages with both international and local acts.

With a music industry background spanning 15+ years, Andy has worked in instrument retail stores in sales, repairs & audio/visual installation.  Alongside this, has been part of the production crew for countless local gigs, open mic nights, festivals and battle of the bands competitions.  In 2019, he started his own mobile based guitar/bass tuition service, offering lessons and music mentoring to participants of the NDIS.

Andy currently plays bass/guitar in Resurrection Alternative Tribute Show, Mezmik, 308 & Solar Winds.  Outside of this, he regularly does fill-in/session work for original artists, bands and cover shows.

Andy works behind the scenes  at Accent Entertainment Group and enjoys producing the graphic design, illustrations and video/media content.
